Remove foxtel cabling from exterior wall of 2 story townhouse

Had foxtel installed at 2 story townhouse (rental property) with 2 outlets, one upstairs, one down. When installing the upstairs outlet, foxtel tech installed cabling down the outside of the wall, through a hole in the wall and into the socket inside. Landlord has asked for this cabling to be removed before we move out. Need cabling removed and the hole in the wall where it passes through repaired.
