Remove and replace lights and ceiling fans in a 3 bedroom house

We are getting our house painted and need all old light fittings and ceiling fans to be removed from our 3 bedroom house so that the painters can paint the house. After the house is painted we need the electrician to return to install new light fittings and ceiling fans. We will supply the lights and fans. There are approximately 4 ceiling fans and 12 lights (and possibly 3 down lights) to be removed and approximately 6 new ceiling fans (with lights) and 7 separate light fittings to be installed. We would like the removal of the fittings to occur on Tuesday 11th December 2012 and installation of the new fittings on approximately Monday 17th December 2012. Thank you.
