Reconnection of Transformer & downlights

I have accidentally disconnected a transformer ( I think) from a circuit that connects a couple of downlights in my hallway - I need a licensed electrician to do some simple reconnection. And also there was a light switch in the bath that controls the room heater might be a bit dodgy - needs some testing/ inspection to make sure all is okay.
