We need a fully qualified/licenced electrician to replace bedroom ceiling fan in small terrace house in Enmore. We have already purchased the fan, need it replaced. Then replace light/fan switch to be light switch only, and match dimming functionality for light bulbs we have already installed. We would need this job done within the next 1-2 weeks, and can arrange for a weekday. We would also need a certificate upon completion to provide to real estate agent.
