  Quotation 1:
1. fix (by means of fasten for existing wall plates) existing power points and switches in the living/dinning area d/stairs.
2. supply and fit chrome plates for power points and switches as follows:
hpm plates: double power points 5 plates
tv points 2 plates
one gang switch 1 plate
three gang plate 1 plate
five gang plate 1 plate
3. supply and install; - two dimmers and one five gang switch for external lights
-two dimmers and one four gang switch for the lights in the dinning
-two gang switch to replace existing
-two gang switch with dimmer for family room
-one gang switch to replace existing one
-two double power points to replace existing ones
dimmers and these plates will be clipsal classic edition with chrome covers.
1. install two light fittings in the bathroom d/ stairs.

quotation 2:
install data point cat5 in each bedroom upstairs with central position in the study/office room.
connection to internet could be achieved by patch leads between switch and wall plate in the study.

quotation 3:

remove existing d/ lights installed upstairs. cut new holes in the plaster and install four d/ lights in bedroom 1 and study, two d/lights in bedroom 2, four d/lights over the stairs and two d/lights in the bathroom.
please note: existing wiring for the d/ lights upstairs has to be redone to comply with regulation. also new d/ lights will be different design to be able to satisfy current regulations.
no any plasterwork is covered by this quotation.
