Powerpoint installation for kitchen renovation

I’m working through a kitchen renovation and need:
• a new power point for a microwave cabinet
• a new power point for a range hood
I also have an existing 10A power point for a cooker with a gas oven. I would prefer to replace this with a cooker that has an electric oven, however this might require a power point with a different rating. I need advice on whether it is feasible to put in one with a different rating (I have a unit with only a small internal switchboard), and if it is feasible I may require this to be done too.
