Powerpoint that dishwasher plugs into under kitchen sink (in cubboard) is a double point and is not working (dishwasher doesn't work when plugged into this socket but works when connected to another socket). also, in the bathroom the lighting switch is worn and needs to be replaced but no problems with the wiring as the switch works ok.
