Phone cabling redone

I live in a small house,

Want phone cabling to be redone, to enhance adsl speed and reduce attenuation. As the existing cabling must be 20 years old. Hope it can enhance adsl sync speed

I would like one adsl port and one or two phone/alarm ports maximum including centralised filter

please advise me of the costing
