I need to run a P23 communications conduit and draw string through the roof of a double garage and through an internal wall, to prepare for an NBN installation.
Access to the garage roof may be difficult. The house is double-storey. The garage protrudes from the front of the house by ~1.5m, covered by a tin roof that is securely fastened. I'm not sure how easily it can be removed and re-attached.
While my preference is to go through the roof to install the conduit, I'm open to alternatives if this approach is not time or cost effective. For example, if holes need to be cut into the garage ceiling (I assume some cutting will be required to access the internal wall anyway). Or even running the conduit inside the garage so long as it is securely fastened, out of reach of children (i.e. along the ceiling), and doesn't risk damaging the optical fiber that it will enclose.
Knowledge of NBN installation requirements is preferred but not required.
