The door catch (handle) on the Omega front loader washing machine has broken off; dirty clothes trapped inside the machine and couldn't get the door to open. Machine was fully operational prior to the problem, and was not in use, so contents dry. Door catch may need to be replaced, but couldn't find spare parts dealer in Sydney.
Number behind broken door catch: 110214700. Don't know if that is a serial number for the part.
