Called promptly, gave a reasonable quote (a range). When followed up made an appointment about a week away (it wasn\'t urgent so we let them know that it was fine to fit it in whenever suited). Got a call the day before to confirm times. Turned up on time and did the job as expected.\r\n\r\nStaff were pleasant, fee was at the lower end of the quoted range. Pleased overall and plan to use again for another job we have coming up in the future.
