Tie off electrics from wall where bottom half being removed & remove redundant power points from existing kitchen wall.
Add new power points to wall and kitchen island (6 in total).
Power point and new circuit for Oven (15 amp).
Power point and new circuit for Microwave/Convection Oven (15 amp)
Hardwire new circuit for Induction cooktop (30 amp).
Install pantry light (micro switch).
Install 6 downlights in ceiling (one currently existing), new light switch and wire downlights to switch.
Move existing light switch from architrave to wall.
Install new switch and run wire to existing light.
Remove two light switches and put all switches on third existing switch (may need some wiring but switches all close together).
Install 2 new light fittings (replacing existing fittings).
Customer will supply all light fittings, power points and switches.
Walls are being painted (plastered if required) after electrical work.
