all overhead track light wiring is already in place.
all down lights shall be housed within false ceilings, not yet in place.
all wiring can run easily under the floor boards to each room as the unit is on the ground floor with approx 1metre between floorboards and the ground. the floorboards can be lifted easily to access existing wiring, and the floor in the bathroom has already been removed.
the size of the apartment is 34 m2
a drawing outlining the location of all points is available on request by fax.
