I own a property in Kenmore, Brisbane. In order to comply with gas regulations I need to have a grey cable box (that devlivers Bigpond/Foxtel) relocated at least 3.5 meters from the gas bottles. Telstra and Bigpond have been most unhelpful in resolving the issue and basically told me to find my own independant contractor to do the job.
The cable comes in from overhead and not underground. The box is attached to a brick wall.
Is this something your company would do ? I would like to get a quote if possible.
