Mount Digitial Projector and Screen to Ceiling and Connect to Power

I have recently purchased a digital projector and motorised projector screen for my media room. I need help:
1. Mounting the projector to the ceiling (I have the mount)
2. Mounting the screen to the ceiling (comes with brackets for mounting)
3. Provide electricity to the projector and screen in the ceiling (I don't know if there's a power source up there)
4. Run the 2 cables from the projector through the ceiling and down to the front of the room so they can be connected to the entertainment unit.
I have all cables and brackets plus the screws that came with the mount. Just need someone who knows how to mount stuff to a ceiling, drill a couple of holes for the cables, and pass electricity to both the projector and the screen.
