Mount a TV to the wall and change position of powerpoints

I want my LCD TV mounted to the wall without having any cables showing to connect to the aerial, Foxtel box etc.
I also have a 3-gang powerpoint and an aerial plate which I would like moved down lower on the wall so that it's not visible when the TV is mounted. I want to replace the powerpoint with Clipsal brand however I cannot find a 3-gang one..
This will be required in the new year.
