Lost power to a section of my house - need electrician to diagnose

I have lost power to parts of my house. I check the fuse box and a safety switch has triggered. I try to reset the switch but it automatically re-triggers.
I have tried turning off all devices that seem to be affected but I am still unable to reset the safety switch.
