Light fitting installation, new wiring to fuse box

installation of pendant light in 1950's weatherboard home with pitched roof and manhole to roof cavity. Wiring is old and needs to be replaced and circuit breaker installed on fuse box. At this stage we want to replace the wires to this fitting only and we'll do a full rewire later. The light is approx 5 metres away from fuse box. Prefer someone who can come on evenings or weekends
