1. there is a light in the bathroom area that seems to be tripping the whole lighting system every time it is turned on. i have tried new globes but that hasn't seemed to help.
2. there are two down lights (one in the kitchen and one in the living area) that also seem to have a wiring malfunction of some description. i have tried new globes and that works for about 24 hours and then they go out again.
3. depending on the price, i was also hoping to have three new down lights installed (one in each of the bedrooms).
