The holes have already been drilled and the wall left exposed to make wiring easier and the additional cable for the fan light has already been run to this new switch point. The other light will need a cable run from the switch to the fan, which would be less than 5 metres of cabling required.

We have a spa that requires a 15 amp outdoor power-point fitted. Power point would be on opposite side of the house to the switch box and we don't mind if cables are run externally through conduit...
