My parents called me asking for help as their internal electrical switchboard (meter box) was throwing sparks and sending currents through electrical items in their home. I went onto Service Central straight away to advertise the job and notify of its urgency. Advanced Wiring Solutions was the first one to call and the first one on the job. Adam even left the job he was at to make his way to my parents’ place. He ticked every box in terms of professionalism (i.e. prompt, punctual, polite, helpful etc.). When he went to investigate the job, he did work free of charge without us asking and even had no idea at that point that we were going to use his services. He also provided us with the best price. I have to mention that the other competitors used very common methods to get the work (i.e. scare tactics etc.). He even went and set up electronic transaction facility with his bank so that I could pay by credit card as I told him that I didn’t have the cash. In brief, Advanced Wiring Solutions sets the bar very high for other Electrical Contractors or other businesses for that matter. That is how all businesses should operate. I work for a Building Company and am exposed to various trades and I know good from bad. It\'s been a very long time since I received such flawless customer service, actually I would say Adam provided me with the best service ever. You’d be kidding yourself if you went with someone else after reading this.
