Installation of Street lighting - Townhouse complex

We live in a Townhouse complex at Tarragindi that was constructed without any street/security lighting and would like to get a 'ball park' verbal estimate on the supply and installation of bollard type 240volt lighting in 6 different locations in the complex (solar is not an option - too shady). This lighting would be switched on and off by way of automatic natural light sensors (dusk till Dawn) and we are open to options on style/design of the bollard lighting. We are aware that some excavation work would be needed.
We do not wish to have anyone to go to the trouble of driving a considerable distance to visit this site or do up a written quote because we believe the expense will be high, and therefore might not get passed at a body corp meeting. Therefore, if our location is handy and you're able to spend 15mins inspecting the site to provide a rough verbal estimate and also provide your fee to do up a proper quote, we can then present that information to the meeting to see if owners are willing to proceed further.
