need to install 5 pendant light fittings (3 in the kitchen and 2 in the living area) which i've already purchased to replace the existing fittings which are fitted to the ceiling. the apartment has high ceilings, 3.5m (in living area) and 2.6m (in kitchen). living area ceiling is concrete, whereas the kitchen is suspended (fibreboard or equivalent).
i also wish to install an extraction fan in the window of an enclosed balcony to remove exhaust and damp from kitchen smells, use of dryer, etc. can either purchase fan or open to suggestions on best product.
