Two jobs as part of quote.
1) Installation of ceiling fan within master bedroom. House is single story brick veneer with timber frame roof. Sheeted plaster ceiling. Accessible ceiling space with man hole in room opposite the bedroom. Wall controller for the fan also part of works. Fan itself is new 52" unit supplied. All parts / cable outside of fan to be supplied please.
2) Installation of motion sensor at front entry. To activate five existing flood lights. Only single sensor required to be directed at one point in driveway. The five existing lights are connected to switch in house hallway. Preferred solution to be 3 options: turn on lights, turn off lights, or have them turn on via motion sensor. Motion sensor not yet purchased at time of writing, but could be supplied. Location of main entry is right next to master bedroom and close to man hole as outlined for ceiling fan. Cable / parts to be supplied.
