Installation of Ceiling fan to Master Bedroom

We have a 3 bedroom / Two story townhouse in Warriewood valley, and we are currently considering installing a cieling fan in the master bedroom.
We have never had this done before, so am not too sure as to cost etc but we are looking at the cheapest option available.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the townhouse. We would be most likely installing the fan in the same location as the existing light (if this is best to do)as this is in the center of the room. So therefore a light / fan combo may be the best option here. There is access available to the ceiling from within the unit. Would also appreciate advice as to which fan etc to buy.
