Install only of 7ceiling fans, consisting of:
* 3 Fan lights
* 4 Fans
All fans are prewired as part of house construction.
Installation of three pendant lights consists of replacing standard light fittings with supplied pendants.
The powerpoint is a double powerpoint. An existing powerpoint is on the adjacent wall.
