2 fans (with light) to be installed where there are existing light fixtures (and 1 of these fans to be installed close to an existing ceiling fan which is to be removed).
The third fan (no light) to be installed where there are currently no electrical fixtures.
All fans to be installed on solid timber beams.
Also require one change of existing light fixture.
Require installation within weeks but definitely before Christmas.
