I would like to carry out following job by electrician at my 2-storey townhouse in Pendle Hill, NSW 2145 :
1) I have 2 sets of light bulb pendants (3 bulbs in each pendant) operated by the 2-way switch in my lounge room (downstairs). I would like to convert the existing 2-way switches into individual switches to operate each set of light bulbs separately.
2) I would like to install new ceiling fan without remote control and without light kit (1400mm) in my lounge room and if possible would like to control the above-mentioned 1 set of light bulb set through the light switch onboard the fan controller.
3) I would also like to install another ceiling fan without remote control but with light kit (1400mm- same brand as above) in my bedroom on first floor by replacing the existing light kit in the ceiling.
