I have a second storey brick 60's apartment, which needs either 1 or 2 extra power points in the kitchen. I am on the top floor, so there is access into the wall cavity through the roof.
I also need a rangehood (which I have) installed where there has not been a rangehood before. There is a Flue with an old fan which doesn't work, but again access from the roof space
