Install underground data cables to the Network Boundary Point (for ADSL2)

Hi,

I need about 15 metres of data cables to be installed underground 50cm deep in a 40mm conduit, it needs to reach the network boundary point so that Telstra can connect telephone line. There is a small 1m fence (bricked at the bottom) and a bit of concrete (2m), but if you can a dig a hole on both sides and use pressure water, you can avoid cutting into the concrete, I don't want to take down the fence or cut into the concrete. Please reply only if you have done similar jobs before.
