The bathroom already has a standard exhaust fan (the one with heat lights built in), but require installation of a second exhaust fan to prevent moister problems/paint damage from the shower due to small bathroom with low ventilation. We already have the fan purchased from Bunnings (Ventair Utralflo 200mm WRSAX200).
