Remove old under cupboard style rangehood, cooktop and built-in oven and install new appliances of same size. Replace fluorescent lights in bathroom and kitchen with new kitchen and bathroom lights. Bathroom light will hopefully have fan also if I can find one that doesn't need venting outside.
