I had a Fujitsu (model AOTG54LCTL) ducted air that I want to change to my new smart thermostat called NEST. Talked to nest guys and they said that Nest is not compatible as currently I have 12 volts and NEST supports 24 volts. They suggested to hire an electrician to step up the voltage to 24.
