Install exhaust fan into bathroom.
Bathroom is in a ground floor apartment. There is a ceiling cavity and a wall vent that the exhaust fan will need to be ducted too.
Most of the work will be chipping into the wall to get electrical wiring to the fan then re-plastering. Im not sure if the ceiling mouldings will need to be removed. There might be a way to get around removing it. I need some advice on this.
I can do some of the labour like cutting the electrical channel etc.
I'm thinking I would need.
Handyman - cutting fan hole, installing ducting, plastering, moldings.
Elicitation - wiring exhaust fan.
