We have a 3 storey townhouse which currently has a a 800mm x 250mm gap to the rooftop which can be used for a duct. We wish to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom (no existing wiring available although we can use the wiring for the light if need be). The installation will be on an acrylic panel but wiring will need to go through concrete/double brick.
