the estimated cabling distance through walls and floor is approximately 6-8 metres. so in summary we need:
1. an ethernet point (where the cable plugs in from the computer) installed at the retail counter
2. cabling to run from the point to our central server approximately 3-4 metres away. we can provide the ethernet cabling or it can be provided by you, whichever way you work.
