We have two RJ12 telephone sockets in our flat, but would like a new one installed in the kitchen. The flat is ground floor, with access to the crawl space (height of crawl space is between 1.5 and 1 metres). The floors are timber. I already have a roll of CAT5 cable, which the previous electrician left after installing two phone sockets. Access to the telephone MDF is also easy. Please quote without including the cost of the CAT5 cable. Thank you!
