I would like to install additional lighting in our kitchen, directly over the bench. I would also an like additional light directly over the dinning table. We have minimal ceiling space as we have a flat roof, with exposed beams inside the house.
If possible, i would also like to have a exhaust fan installed into the laundry, not siure if this needs to be a wall fan or through the roof?
