Have an existing batton globe outside under verandah, which is to be replaced with an already purchased spot, extend that same wiring out to a rack of spots (also already purchased) as well as a further two spots on the edge of the verandah. Have someone coming to cement sheet in after electrical work has been done so it's all exposed. Only hassle may be needing to drill through a brick, but that could possibly be avoided, not sure.
