I need some light bulbs replaced in a lightfitting.

Need light bulbs replaced in our dining room. Light fitting (3 large balls with globes in them) is hanging from the middle of a cathedral ceiling (maybe 30ft high), a very tall stand alone ladder would be required. Also some other bulbs need to be replaced in the attic - but the ceiling isn't so high in that room.
