I need one bathroom window exhaust fan installed. Bathroom is located in a two story townhouse, bottom floor. As a result, ceiling clearance does not have enough space for a ceiling exhaust as the moisture will simply go into the walls. Do not want to bust a hole through the concrete, therefore window is the only option. Will need a fan that is weather/waterproof as the outside is exposed to the environment. Will have to route power to the light switch so that the fan goes on the same time as the light.
