I have problem with Foxtel cable.

I'm leaving in a rented/3 floor/strate house and foxtel guy said he cant install foxtel in the living area and so he installed it in the masterbedroom. I want it to be in the living area because I am sharing a house with a friend and it's unfair to have foxtel in my room only coz we're sharing the foxtel. So he suggested for me to call an electrician and do rewiring for the foxtel cable down to the living area. Somehow this house is brand new but they way it is built makes it hard for me to get foxtel in the living area.
