100year old Victorian house (4 bedroom, central hallway, 2 living area, 1 bathroom, kitchen) that needs rewiring. There are approximatley 20 lights and 20 power points. The existing switchboard will also need to be upgraded to suit future extension (of say another 20 lights and power points??) (existing switchboard has fuses, not circuit breakers)
