Replace external fuse box with modern cct breaker unit. Downlights to be rewired. Spur to wall socket to be checked and connected. Extra spur to be run and new wall socket fitted. Safety inspection for all, replacement where necessary, and certificate of safety to be issued. We are also going to get our insulation improved and need a certificate to indicate that it is safe to do so. Quotes required (I picked a budget on the service central website but have no real idea on the cost of this job).
