I have taken a land line connection and broadband from OPTUS on feb 2016.after I got connection my telephone line did work only for few days,now almost 5 months I have no phone service.I have contacted Optus and home owner and they send their technicians and says there is fault on the line from the MDF box to our home.now it is my responsibility to arrange a private technician(Austell technician) to fix the problem.Could you please tell me whether you can help me with this matter and also your service charges.
