I need a 240 volt enclosure wired for my small home brewery. The brewery will have a main panel (12 volts) and a seperate high voltage enclosure. (main panel is only 12 volts so i can handle that myself)
The high voltage enclosure will control two 240 volt 2500 watt heating elements and a 240 volt 1.4 amp water pump. Obviously i cant make beer if im dead so i need some of your assistance for the high voltage stuff.
This job requires a 25 amp input (or similar). Wiring of three 240 volt 25/40 amp solid state relays with outputs, a power switching DPDT 240V 30 amp relay (controled by a key switch for main on/off), circuit breaker, and small 12 volt 3 amp power supply. The switching ends of the relays will need to terminate to a RJ45 breakout PCB so control can be managed from a main 12 volt panel over CAT5/6.
I have the elements, pump, relays (SSR and DPDT), RJ45 breakout PCB, and 240 volt (input) 12V (output) power supply. I also have a plastic 200x200x100 hinged enclosure for the gear to be housed.
I will need circuit breaker, wire/terminal blocks, and 25 amp socket (or similar) provided.
Also I can drop the gear off at your premises if it is more convenient.
