I have a ducted heater/air conditioner that does not come on when it reaches the minimum temperature. The problem doesn't appear to be with the thermostat - when I trip the safety switch, it appears to reset and then turn on. The unit is ceiling ducted in a two story house, approx 15 years old.
In addition, I require my oven element to be replaced. It is a Bosch semi pyrolytic oven approximately five years old
