Halogen Downlights (240v) need installing

I have 21 halogen downlights (240v type) to install. 15 in my lounge/dining/kitchen area and 6 in my home office. There are currently oyster lights installed in each of these locations. I would also like to add aditional phone outlet in the home office if possible and maybe data cabling.
