old 1950's house I would like to update fuse box from the old ceramic fuses, I'd also like to install a safety switch.
- lastly I'd like to replace 2-3 powerpoints with faceplate that have power + an rj45 socket then run cat5e/cat6 cable to link 2nd bedroom and main room. (I believe house is on stumps so there is underground access to be honest I haven't really investigated that aspect.)
