Fan switch and light switch on range hood are loose/not working

The swithc on my range hood normally clicks to turn the fan on to different speeds and same with the light switch. i sued it this morning fine but then this afternoon the switches on both seem loose or do not click across the way they sued to and neither then fan or light will switch on/off. i think it must be a simple fault because it was working fine before. we are also missing one light globe so if someone could replace that it would be good too.
